Step 2: Fabric & Material Sourcing

We source fabrics, trims, and labels from our network of 50+ suppliers. Send us reference images or color codes — we’ll match or recommend alternatives within your budget.

Step 3: Sampling & Approval

We produce 1–5 sample pieces for fit, fabric, and design review. Revisions included. You approve before we move to production. Sample time: 7–14 days.

Step 4: Bulk Production & QC

Once approved, we begin full production with multi-stage QC. In-line inspection, final check (AQL 2.5 standard), and pre-shipment photos for your approval.

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery

We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and shipping arrangements. Air freight (5–7 days), sea freight (15–25 days), or express courier. Delivered to your door.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we manufacture your own designs — you provide the tech pack or samples. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you choose from our existing styles and we customize them. Both available with MOQ from 50 pieces.

Yes. We specialize in both models. You can start with ODM if you don’t have designs yet, and switch to OEM when you’re ready to develop your own unique pieces. No need to change manufacturers as you grow.

Both models start at 50 pieces per style per color. There’s no minimum quantity difference between OEM and ODM — we keep it flexible. First-time clients may qualify for even lower minimums — contact us.
