No. While a tech pack helps speed up the process, we regularly work with clients who start from sketches, mood boards, or reference garments. Our team can help you develop patterns and construction details as part of the sample development process.

Yes — fabric sourcing is part of our manufacturing service. We source from Guangzhou’s textile markets, covering cotton, linen, silk, polyester, chiffon, satin, denim, knits, and more. We send physical swatches to you for approval before any fabric is committed to production.

We carry out 3-stage QC on every production run:
• Stage 1: After cutting — checking measurements and fabric quality
• Stage 2: During sewing — monitoring stitching, seams, and construction
• Stage 3: Before packing — final inspection of every finished garment

Photos and videos are sent to you at each stage. You can also request third-party inspection if required.

Yes. We produce custom woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags, tissue paper, and branded boxes. We also ensure care labels meet UK compliance requirements — correct wash symbols, fibre content, and country of origin.

We offer both sea freight and air freight to the UK:
• Sea freight: 25–35 days, lower cost, best for bulk orders
• Air freight: 7–10 days, faster, suited for urgent or smaller shipments

We offer FOB (you arrange shipping) and DDP (door-to-door, import duties paid) options. We’ll advise which suits your order best.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union.
